What started as a boutique consultancy in Beirut has grown into a regional force, having shaped the operations of more than 40 hotels and F&B concepts across 12 countries. Our roots in Lebanon give us a unique perspective — a culture where hospitality is not a profession but a way of life.

A former executive chef turned strategist, Lara has led F&B transformations for over 25 restaurant and hotel dining concepts across Lebanon, UAE, and KSA.
